The Delhi Court has stated that every suit seeking rent and mense profits related to any immovable property will be considered as a commercial dispute in commercial courts and Commercial Apallate Divison of High Courts, unlike earlier where such cases were not considered to be commercial disputes and were directed to the district courts.
