Union Minister Arun Jaitely has filed a criminal defamation case against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leader Deepak Bajpai and four others for presumably making malicious proclamations against him regarding his term as the Chief of the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA). Mr. Bajapi approached the Delhi High Court but it refused to quash the summons against him.
