The Delhi High Court has agreed to telecom major Ericsson’s plea for composition of a “confidential club” in its current legal fight with Chinese handset makers company Xiaomi for reportedly violating its patents. A confidential club usually comprise of some lawyers who and key witnesses who are authorized to observe the documents in question.
