The Delhi High Court has come to the rescue of an 11 year old daughter of Mohammad Jaki, a daily wage labourer, who approached the court regarding a life saving surgery of her daughter who is suffering from structural heart defect. HC ordered Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital to immediately admit the girl and provide her with necessary treatment. It also directed the government to make sure that the treatment is free of cost.
