The Delhi High Court has set aside the disciplinary action taken by Jawaharlal Nehru University against Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid, Anirban and 12 other of its students, for allegedly raising Anti-National slogans during an event organised on the hanging of Afzal Guru on campus last year. They had also been charged for sedition.
