The Kerala High Court denies pre-arrest bail to criminal advocate CP Udayabhanu who is accused of contriving the plan of murdering a real estate broker named Rajeev. The departed Rajeev earlier filed a petition seeking police protection in the High Court claiming that he was facing threat to life from the subordinate employed by C.P Udayabhanu, following a failed real estate deal. He was found dead on 30th September in an abandoned building.
