The Supreme courts eCommittee has ordered the High Court to create a database of lawyers and litigants to create a Case Information System. Creation of such database shall help the parties and their advocates to get regular updates of their cases through registered email addresses. The High Courts have directed all District and Sessions Judges to create a database of email ids of Advocates and litigants before 25 October and enter the same in the CIS.
