The Supreme Court in an effort to increase the efficiency and bring a transparency into the process of delegating advocates as “seniors”, said that all the matters relating to it will be dealt preliminary by a committee headed by the Chief Justice. The committee shall have a Secretariat and will be known as Committee For Designation Of Seniors.
