Kerala High Court Grants Police Protection To Hindu And Muslim Lovers Intending To Get Married

The Kerala High Court has passed an order of providing police protection to Hindu and Muslim lovers who intend to get married. This decision was take while reviewing a petition filed by a muslim man seeking to recall an earlier order passed by the court dismissing the habeas corpus petition filed by him that the Hindu women he wanted to marry was made to disown him infront of the court under threat and coercion. Both the Lovers wanted to stay together and get married under the Special Marriage Act.
