The Supreme Court has paved the way for a CID investigation against the OM Operation Mobilization, a Christian Charitable Trust in Hyderabad by dismissing its Special Leave Petition. A Complaint was filed against the NGO by its former Chief Finance Officer G. Albert Lael for the second time accusing the trustee Joseph D’souza of allegedly using the charity money to enrich himself.
