SC Takes Suo Motu Cognizance Of Question Paper Leak In Haryana Judicial Service Examination

 

The Supreme Court has taken Suo Motu Cognizance of question paper leak in the Haryana Judicial Service Examination 2017 and transferred the matter to Apex Court. The registrar of the office Dr. Balwinder Kumar Sharma was the conspirator. The Haryana High Court Creation Committee recommended registration of an FIR and disciplinary action against him, as well as his transfer from the post, pending further action.
