HC Restricts Bursting Of Firecrackers To 3 Hrs In Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh On Diwali

 

 

 

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has restricted the time for bursting firecrackers from 6:30 to 9:30 i.e. 3 hours on the day of Diwali. All temporary licences issued till date have been declared invalid. It also stated that PCR Vans shall be used by the UT to ensure safety and keep a check on the people breaking rules.
