The Supreme Court has asked for a re-deposition of eye witness while considering the bail application of former BJP MP Dinubhai Solanki who stands accused in the cold blooded murder of Amit Jethwa outside the Gujarat High Court in 2010. SC has also ordered Solanki to be arrested and held in confinement until the cross-examination of the eight eyewitnesses is completed.
