The Supreme Court has stayed the Punjab and Haryana High Court order in Jindal Global Law School rape case. HC suspended the sentence of three law students who are convicted for blackmiling and gang raping a student of the same University for about two years. The suspension was been awarded on the condition of not leaving the country, refraining from communicating the victim in any way and going through psychiatric counseling.
