The Rajasthan High Court has granted permission to Payal Singhvi, a 23 year old woman, who had converted to Islam and married a muslim man named Faiz Modi, to live with him. She denied claims of abduction and coveyed her willingness as a major to live with her husband. HC ordered adequate security to Ms. Singhvi, till she reached her husband’s house.
