COVID-19 Lockdown| Circulate Penal Provisions- MHA

Following the consistent increase in public movement amidst the nationwide lockdown, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a letter on 02.04.2020. In the letter, MHA directed the Chief Secretaries of all the states to circulate the penal provisions of violating the lockdown measures among the people. The MHA also directed law enforcement authorities to take action against the violators.

Two Panels Of Jucidial Officers Formed For improved Coordination With Delhi Govt, Between District Heads

Two panels of judicial officers have been formed for better coordination with the Delhi government and inter se business in all districts. The committee for better coordination with the Delhi government is headed  by sessions judge Talwant Singh.
