SC Rejects Plea To Modify Cracker Ban Order In Delhi/NCR

  The Supreme Court refused to modify the cracker ban order in Delhi-NCR saying all the issues being raised have already been addressed and modification will go against the spirit of the judgement. SC Endorses Karnataka Law Declaring Child Marriage ‘Void Ab Initio’, Asks Other States To Adopt The Route
