SC Suspends Jail Term Awarded To Allahabad HC Lawyer

The Supreme Court has suspended the three months jail term for Allahabad high Court lawyer Mr. Asok Pande. He was held guilty in criminal contempt under Section 2(c) of Act, 1971 for making proclamations against many High Court Judges.
