The Supreme Court agreed to standardize a format which requires the parties to disclose income, assets and expenditure of themselves and their dependents on affidavits in alimony matters. The Delhi High Court has stayed the proceeding in advancement of the order of attachment of assets worth Rs. 23 crore belonging to businessman Mr. V. M. Radhakrishnan. The assets were attached in connection with the Malabar Cements corruption case.
