Congress MP Rajiv Satav moved a private member’s bill proposing Audio and Video recording of Supreme Court proceedings and making the same available online to the public. The Bill proposes establishment of a ‘Supreme Court Secretariat’ by the Centre after consultation with the Chief Justice of India.
