Two Panels Of Jucidial Officers Formed For improved Coordination With Delhi Govt, Between District Heads

Two panels of judicial officers have been formed for better coordination with the Delhi government and inter se business in all districts. The committee for better coordination with the Delhi government is headed  by sessions judge Talwant Singh. The Second committee for inter se transaction of business among various districts consists of 11 members with the heads of all districts as a part.

SC Stays Bombay High Court Judgment on Appointment Of Prosecutors

  While disposing off an 18 year old petition the Bombay High Court ordered the Maharashtra Government to follow its 1997 regulations for appointment of public prosecutors and additional public prosecutors for the districts by promoting assistant public prosecutors. The Supreme court has stayed the order and issued a notice to the Maharashtra Public Prosecutors Association to sought a response
