The Allahabad High Court has rejected a writ petition filed by LED bulb manufacturing firm, M/S Kanika Swami of Meerut, challenging the recovery proceedings justifying the it suffered a huge loss because of demonetisation and enforcement of GST due to which it couldn’t repay the bank loan. HC Stated that the petition cannot be considered as there was an optional solution
