The Supreme Court received a contempt plea by the Security and Exchange Board of India against the Sahara Group. The SEBI counsel Pratap Venugopal informed that Sahara has been reportedly hindering by suspending day-to-day business activities in the Aambey Valley project, which would create law and order problem in the area and cause difficulties to carry on the auction.
